At Pivura’s US, we’re dedicated to delivering your baby essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be handled.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

🚚 Shipping Times & Rates

United States (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
    Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–15 business days.

Customs or import fees may apply depending on the country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in some regions (depending on carriers).

  • Some items may be unavailable for international shipping due to product restrictions.

❗ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Pivura’s US is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed due to carrier issues

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will help arrange a replacement or refund.

✏️ Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only change the address before the order has shipped.
